Print ID Numbers

What is a Print ID Number?

- Print ID Numbers are unique numbers that are issued when your loved one’s prints are scanned into our system by your funeral home or other industry partners. Your funeral home will give you a brochure that includes your unique Print ID Number on the inside page. 

- This number can be used exclusively on our website to order Momentos with your loved one’s unique fingerprint. 

 

How do I order with a Print ID Number?

- To order a Momento with a Print ID Number, select the style of your choice from our website.

- When customizing your Momento with our product options, you will input your number under the option Print ID Number or Print Image?. In this case, you will choose “I have a Print ID Number from a funeral home”.

- This automatically connects your online order with your loved one’s print in our system for worry-free ordering.

 

How do I order without a Print ID Number?

- To order a Momento with paper or scanned Prints, select the style of your choice from our website.

- When customizing your Momento with our product options, you will choose the option that best fits your image under the option Print ID Number or Print Image? In this case, the most applicable options will be “I have the inked prints on paper” or “I have a digital scan of the prints”.

- If you have either fingerprints or pawprints on paper, take and upload an overhead, clear, and in-focus image(s) of your captured print. For pawprints only, you can upload a picture(s) of your pet’s clay paw impression. You can submit more than the standard two (2) photos the form allows. Simply email any extra photos to info@ComfortMomentos.com.


Ordering

Ordering:  Choose your customize and customize your items. To add a print, enter your Print ID number or upload scanned or paper prints. See above section for clear instructions.

 

Design Proof:  We will email a FREE design proof within 2 business days of receiving your order.  

 

Production Times:  Once we receive approval for your order we will begin production. Silver Orders will ship within 5 business days, Gold Orders will ship within 10 business days.

 

FAQ

What if I lose my print ID number?

- Don’t worry! Simply contact our team, and we will work with your funeral home to get a copy of your Print ID Number.

- To do this, we will need the approximate date your loved one’s prints were taken along with their last name.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

- We will email you with a .pdf proof of your Momento within 2 business days of receiving your order. This proof will show scale, your loved one’s print, and layout. Once approved, we will ship Silver orders within 5 business days and Gold orders within 10 business days.

 

Is backside engraving included?

- Yes, all items include HD back-side text engraving at no extra charge. 

 

Do you have a warranty?

- Yes, all of our Momentos are backed by a Lifetime Print Guarantee. If the etched print on your Momento ever wears off due to normal wear and tear, please contact our team. We will work alongside you to get your item sent back to us to be repaired or replaced.

- Comfort Momentos reserves the right to determine what constitutes normal wear and tear, along with any rights of refusal. Shipping and handling fees may apply.
