ALL CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS.

- Because each piece is made-to-order using your personalized design choices, fingerprint files, heirloom materials, or engraving requests, these pieces cannot be returned under any circumstance.

- Please ensure that all personalization details are correct before placing your order. Comfort is not responsible for errors submitted at checkout or file/image quality issues beyond our control.

- However, we accept exchanges on any items that are defective, have manufacturing defects, or have engravings that do not match the approved proof. Comfort reserves the right to determine if an item is defective or has manufacturing defects.
